Issues with ChromeCast Extension

So I read into Vivaldi and discovered that the browser supported the Chromecast Extension. However after downloading the extension it refuses to work. I get a notification form the Extension stating "Your file is not found it may have been moved or deleted ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND". So I decide to remove the extension entirely, however the extension won't even display itself! So it seems like the Extension was automatically removed however the extension icon never was removed. I do not know if this is a visual glitch but the Cast Extension Icon refuses to be removed or hidden. Worse everytime I right click on the Cast Icon and press "Hide Button" the browser crashes and the icon remains there. I have no idea how to fix this and I would REALLY prefer not to reinstall the Vivaldi Browser. Any help would be wonderful thank you for taking the time to read this.
