As I reported, this version is not responding here to searches in the Address and Search fields, only URLs. I'd like to try an uninstall/reinstall. But first, a couple of questions:
- Is there a file/folder with the Speed Dial's contents that can be saved and recopied afterward?
- What about settings? I see a Resources folder, if that's the one, but I'm not sure which files are key. Thanks,

I'm getting the same problem with the sidebar. Vivaldi always starts with the sidebar open, regardless of the state I left it when I closed it.
In my case, I have several sites at the sidebar, wikipedia is the last one and it is always the one that starts open.

I went ahead and did a complete uninstall/reinstall and there is still a big problem of a different kind (search now works): after opening Settings one time and closing, it no longer responds. Have to close Vivaldi and try again. Something seriously wrong with this version - or my computer which isn't showing up elsewhere.

BUG
http://www.foxsports.com.br/tv/schedule/foxsports/hoje
this is not showing the TV channel schedule -
Quick Search (F2) is very laggy on one of my machines. Typing 'f' at the start of 'frog' results in a moments delay and typing 'r' results in a 2-3 second delay before results show up. I suspect this is because of the large number of bookmarks since my other machine with fewer bookmark doesn't display this behavior at all. Results are almost instantaneous on it. Does anyone else experience this? Can I expect this to be an ongoing issue when the install has a lot of bookmarks? I can't really use the QS because of this.

Purely out of curiosity, how can you manage dealing with 100+ tabs open at the same time? Are all open tabs of interest or are many just leftovers that would had otherwise been closed under normal circumstances?
I rarely have more than 20 tabs open and immediately close any tab that has "run its course" so to say to keep everything manageable. I can't imagine me being as productive with an overwhelming, at least for me, amount of tabs open at a time.

mtaki,
I don't know about old Homer (ROTFL) but Tab Stacks in Vivaldi are roughly similar to Tab Groups in Opera12. I keep Tabs open and Stacked/Grouped so they don't have be refreshed or downloaded again every time I look at them as if I were back in the '80s using a dumb terminal. Lately I feel more like I should start punching paper tape and stacking cards than relying on the local cache in the computer.
Generally speaking, I like Tab Hibernation: not using a Tab? Put that Tab to sleep and (hopefully) the OS will deal with memory management.
Tab Discard sucks thick green pond scum through a thin straw because the Tab has to be downloaded again after the browser has helpfully Discarded it.
And the new Snapshot 1.0.422.8 has let me get all the way through the Comment and Reply without crashing or giving me the bird so – congratulations! Good work !:D

I would love to actually have an integrated RSS reader.
I'm not sure if you're actually using Smart RSS in vivaldi, but I figured out the issue. You have to edit the manifest.json and add extension png here: "19": "images/icon19-arrow-orange" after orange. Somehow it worked without it until this snapshot, but that fixes it.
