Video issue in fullscreen on all sites

I tested stable and latest snapshot (1.7.721.3) of Vivaldi and all version are doing this.

When I play video in normal mode, everything is OK, it starts when I display it at fullscreen. And only when video controls is displayed.
The same happen when I put whole Vivaldi to the fullscreen (F11) as you can see in the second half of video.

I tried record this video by Nvidia Geforece Experience and it always stop recording when the issues appear, so I must used phone.

I have x64 WIndows 10
GTX 1080, with latest Nnvidia drivers

The issue is just in the Vivaldi. I tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

I have also the latest Snapshot, using the x64 version and i do not have this issue seen a single time.

It looks that it was fixed itself, not it works correctly, but I don't know what caused it.

So now it started doing again, just in the fullscreen just in the Vivaldi.
