Playback Error After BBC Video Finishes

I can play BBC videos like this one without any issues, but after they finish, I get this error.

It's not using Flash though, as the error dialogue shows.

I cannot reproduce it now, but it's not unusual.

I tried on my Win 7 laptop (Win 7 32-bit • Snapshot 1.7.715.3)
At first the video wouldn't play at all (error you need flash to play this video ) - but after updating Flash plug-in it plays fine and the "automatic" next video played as well.

I only have Ublock and ImTranslator as extensions.

@Pesala I use BBC for most of my news so I view pages like this all the time - and I've never seen what you're talking about.

I'm using Vivaldi (and Opera) at home and Vivaldi at work - at home I get UK connection but have an international connection at work since the company proxy is in France (there are slight differences in the BBC content I get served at home and at work). So I really cover a lot of the ways of connecting to the BBC. I've seen cases where content I viewed "in France" (i.e. at work) would refuse to play for my wife at home when I mailed her the link(*), but the message was never what you show - it would say something about "not available in your country" instead.

(*) Strangely, there are international BBC stories which you're not allowed to view in the UK! I don't understand why... seems the wrong way round to me.
