Screenshots function in v1.7.715.3

I'm very very pleased with the screen capture function recently introduced in Vivaldi.
Two remarks, suggestions:-
Storage folder.
Please provide a setting for the default output folder (I for once would prefer the standard Windows folder for screenshots: user\images\screenshots). Also provide a "save as..." type dialogue where one can specify the output folder. -
Full page screenshot? Scroll up first!
Some websites, such as this forum, have a floating menu bar at the top. If you're say halfway down the web page and take the screenshot, then this floating menu bar will be positioned in its current position, that is: halfway. If the screenshot function first scrolls the page all the way up and then takes the shot, the floating top menu bar will be positioned where it should be: at the top.
