I love Vivaldi! It has all the advantages of Chrome but it is much more responsive.

However, one thing that works in Chrome, seems not to work: in Chrome it is possible to drag and drop a gmail attachment to Finder or some other app like Yoink, while the same file is not readable if dragged from within Vivaldi. Does anybody else have the same problem?

      Thanks
      Giovanni

@gi0vanni - Please put in a feature request on the same page where you would file a bug. The developers look at bugs and feature requests that come in by the route, several times a day.

It's been about 5 years since the last post I can find regarding drag and drop capabilities out of Gmail. Is it still an unsupported feature?

I am experiencing the same issue and my job consists heavily of organizing files from my Gmail account into Drive folders, which is simplest via File Explorer. As much as I'm enjoying having switched to Vivaldi last week, this single item is critical for me.

Should I follow the same protocol as previously suggested, or is there a Setting option I am missing perhaps?

            Thanks,
            David

@dhthaggard Yes, it's still unsupported, but stay tuned.

              More I cannot say...
