change color of icon

I'd like a new feature where you could change the color of the Vivaldi icon. For example, instead of the icon always being black, you could change it to orange. Please make this change.

@moxiemada - There are various apps on line you can download to make this possible. Vivaldi is unlikely to code it in to the browser at this stage because they are using icon color to define separate Vivaldi development branches, and because there are higher priority tasks in front of them.
