For quite some time I have used the TOS DR page that summarizes the TOS and Privacy Policy of the different products. But too many times there are services and products that are not there.
This has prompted me to look for a good alternative and I have found it, it does the same as TOS DR, but using AI, which analyzes and evaluates the conditions of every site.
You can use Online or / and the Polisis extension -

Privacy Badger
Does Privacy Badger needed with Vivaldi Trackers Blockage ?

My vote goes to Ublock Origin.

Lastpass was great but made folks choose between desktop-only or mobile-only. Bitwarden is just as good to me and is open source, IIRC.
-
@gaëlle Will there be a tabulation of these at some point?
-
@durhammer , also KeePass, another FOSS alternative of LastPass
-
@catweazle Thanks, but unless I'm late to the game, KeePass doesn't have a version for Android. (Or doesn't directly have an app for Android, maybe? Might be another vendor's app that provides a way in?)
And I apologize, @Gaëlle for discussing rather than voting!

@durhammer Gaelle is no longer with Vivaldi (took an impossible-to-pass-up job offer in keeping with her degree and her life purpose). That said, I'm not aware of any plan to tabulate the totals in this topic. It's five years old and some of these "extension" functions have already been incorporated in Vivaldi.

@buglocker You can install ublogO on Vivaldi right now. I use it everyday.

@catweazle If you are in need of a KeePass solution I recommend checking out KeePassXC for windows
https://keepassxc.org/ It also has its own official addon for all major browser. For android I use KeePassDX https://www.keepassdx.com/
...I really like how the KeePassXC works on desktop. One main installation that works with your browsers via KeePass own's plugin which you get directly from each browser own addons store.
My needs for a password manager on android is drastically different than that of my needs of a password manager on Desktop thus I can't tell you how good KeePassDX is auto-filling credential, etc. All I can tell you is that the software is solid, based on KeePass and it features all the options one would expect from a solid, secure mobile password manager.
*Both of these these opensource projects are in active development

@durhammer Keepass2Android is the preferred android app. Being open source, there are probably at least a dozen programs on various platforms that read Keepass data. Keepass2Android is excellent and will sync with the keepass data file.

@steveshank Thanks for the info, Steve, but I'm quite happy with Bitwarden on my 'droids, Linux, and Windows.
