Set Home Page to Speed Dial?

Is it possible to set the Home page to the speed dial so that clicking on the Home button opens speed dial?

Set the address of your Home Page in Settings to: Vivaldi://startpage

Entering "Vivaldi://startpage" in the address bar works fine but setting as the home page in preferences then pressing the Home button brings up an error page.
Odd thing is when the error page comes up it's actually showing "Vivaldi://startpage" in the
address bar and if I focus the address bar and press Enter it goes to the speed dial. -

Just force of habit to type Vivaldi with uppercase.
