i dont think you do fix it. symantec certifactes were removed

Well, if Mozilla already made the changes according to that article, why is it that Firefox works and not Vivaldi (chromium underneat)?

OK, just pulled in 53.0.2785.148 from PPA and it seems to have fixed this issue. Thank you.
