Suggestions for minor changes in settings

It's just a suggestion for minor changes in settings In my opinion some items just don't belong to others and some sentences are just redundant Treat it as a constructive discussion starter General Apperance Behaviour Themes Start Page Tabs

I don't see any good reason to change Startup to General. It's an excuse to put anything at all in that group.
I agree that User-interface Language should come second in the Startup category,
I think Startup With should still come third, followed by Homepage.
Settings and Notification categories might be needed later, but currently with only one item in each, it's a bit premature.

I just think that putting all of these options under common title "Startup" is not logical because for example "Homepage" has nothing to "Startup" at all⦠And "UI Language" is not a logical subcategory of "Startup" despite being checked at startup
For me "General" is the only common title.Settings and Notification categories might be needed later, but currently with only one item in each, it's a bit premature.
I agree. Treat my post as a suggestion for future
I just noticed that "Show Fullscreen Reminder" has nothing to "Apperance". Nor "Menu"Another area that could not be easy to work out a solutions is when first item in section is checkbox that just enables this section.
Next thing: "Save" buttons are inconsistent among sections
Another one: sometimes radio groups have a caption, sometimes not (see "Menu")
BTW I do not understand a bit the rules of how settings are grouped
For example in my opinion the whole "Gestures" section (except rocker gestures) would seem more logical when grouped together
