Why is flash not working as in chrome?

Hello fellows, I opened a bug ticket with reproducible steps and got to try new version vivaldi still no improvement sites I use in chrome are not usable in vivaldi. one example is deezer.com but there are lots. complaining I am not using flash and prompting to get one from adobe. any idea?

I don't have a Deezer account but for what it's worth the samples on http://www.deezer.com/app/sessions
Work OK for me on Win 10 Pro 64 using Flash 23.0.0.162 on both

Vivaldi 1.4.589.29 (32-bit)
Vivaldi 1.5.618.8 (64-bit)

Have you looked through the Facebook/Soundcloud thread for things to check?
