Vivaldi Forum mod -
Hi, I've only been using Vivaldi for two days, don't you use Vivaldi's native ad and tracker blocker? The extensions I use are:
-Bitwarden
-Deepl
-Gnome shell. -
@suyashbagade1 At the moment
-
I always try to keep the browser as sleek as possible, so I just use 3 extensions at the moment:
- uBO Lite (works better on some sites than the integrated one)
- 1Password (Password Manager with Passkeys & 2FA)
- LanguageTool (Great for correcting texts on the fly)
As theme, I'm using a modified version of the Steam Theme. I like the color scheme very much, not too dark, not too bright.
EDIT
Okay, I tried to put a link to all the extensions too, but then Askimet thinks my post is spam and I can't send it. -
My absolute must-haves are:
AdGuard
Disable HTML5 Autoplay & Version 2025
Custom Style Script
Get CRX
Policy Control
Privacy Badger
Quick Bookmark Cleaner (even though Chrome Web Store says it is dangerous)
Tampermonkey
YouTube Auto HD + FPS (maybe I do not need that one since Vivaldi will not play videos any more)Plus a few others which I could do without, but do not want to.
-
Well I'm starting now to explore extensions, I was afraid they'd make the browser slower. But I'm feeling adventurous.
I already have:*Ublock Origin;
*No Google Search Translation, it was annoying me search results being automatically translated so much that I didn't even know what was in my native language or not;
*RegExp Download Organizer, cause I'm trying to keep my PC more tidy.That's all for now. Oh and I'm trying Pocket Mini but so far didn't use so it probably will be uninstalled.

Since I am no longer allowed to quote my own message any more:
My absolute must-haves are:
AdGuard
Disable HTML5 Autoplay & Version 2025 -had to change this one - it was stopping videos from playing
now= Disable HTML5 Autoplay (M3)
Custom Style Script
Get CRX
Policy Control
Privacy Badger
Quick Bookmark Cleaner (even though Chrome Web Store says it is dangerous)
Tampermonkey
YouTube Auto HD + FPS (maybe I do not need that one since Vivaldi will not play videos any more) - videos play nowPlus a few others which I could do without, but do not want to.
-
@Streptococcus Policy Control seems interesting.
About Quick Bookmark Cleaner... seems it is/was hijacked... but I guess/hope you have the clean-cleaner version.
-
A few of my extensions:
Bitwarden Password Manager
Cookie AutoDelete (Hoping for a MV3 update)
Dark Reader
Slim Scroll Bar (A simple extension that could be replaced with Stylus, but it was my first extension, so I keep it around for some nostalgia)
Stylus
uBlock Origin (Going to break soon, but will deal with the switch when it becomes necessary)
Video Speed Control (A personal extension for adjusting the playback speed of videos. Never fully finished, but does everything I need for now)
Vivaldi Forum Mod (Currently a bit broken, but hopefully we can get it working again soon) -
This post is deleted! -
