Occasional Blank Pages

@Nephatiu I don't have any idea about the first two you've mentioned, but I've been using PayPal on Vivaldi for a while and I've had no issues when logging in to my account, checking the account balance, changing the currency or making payments. Have you tried the most common and basic methods of fixing this on your own, like clearing the cache or disabling extensions?
Let me paste here the step-by-step guide on how to resolve these type of issues - at least for PayPal, which I know should work in Vivaldi (usually one of these steps should solve such issues):
- Force reload the page and all of its contents including scripts, styles and images (by default: press
[CTRL]
+[SHIFT]
+[R]
or[CTRL]
+[F5]
); - Open the page in Private Window (by default: press
[CTRL]
+[SHIFT]
+[N]
to launch a new Private Window or select Menu > File > New Private Window). If the page works in Private Window, then go to step 4. - Disable all extensions (if this resolves your issue, then try enabling them one by one to check which one is causing the trouble);
- Clear browsing data and restart the browser if necessary;
- Refresh your profile;
- Try another instance of Vivaldi to check if the issue occurs there too - preferably the latest Snapshot (you can download it from here). Don't update your current Vivaldi! Install new instance as "standalone", so that it doesn't interfere with your current installation. You can easily get rid of it later by removing the folder where it was installed.
- Force reload the page and all of its contents including scripts, styles and images (by default: press

@System123 it is happening to me on some sites using 1.8.755.3 (Official Build) (64-bit), MacOS 10.12.3 on my Macbook Pro, but so far not on my iMac. On Macbook, no extensions, but three plugins: Adobe Flash, Chromium PDF Viewer, and Widevine Content Decryption module. The only way to show these pages is to copy URL and open in a new tab.

Vivaldi is still showing blank pages here in v 1.8.770.56 (Stable channel) (32-bit) on Windows 10, and also at my workplace on Windows 7.
It is quite annoying: A page stays completely blank for several seconds, until it fills all at once. When I open other browsers and test the same page (Edge, FF, Chrome), it shows immediately. So the problem seems to be Vivaldi-related, not web page-related. I experience this may times every day.

@Marc-Sigrist Strange, I haven't noticed anything like that as far as I remember. Have you tried any of the tips from my post here?

@pafflick Thanks for the tip. I have not tried it out, as it is related to specific sites like PayPal, and anyway would be rather cumbersome to apply in practice whenever this problem occurs.
But -- good news! -- I have not experienced the "blank pages" issue for a couple of months now
