Yes. Many people have asked, many times. However until we receive this, try the Super Auto Refresh chrome extension. It works nicely.

I absolutely loved that right click option on old Opera, right click on a page and select 5, 10 or custom time selection. I would also like to see this important function in Vivaldi. Please bring it back.

I'd like the other way too. blocking auto refresh and including redirections, with a warning. In Opera was so handy.
