2FA only with authenticator or key generator

Hi,
You do the same mistake as Google and others, you do not offer 2FA with another email, but only with #generator.

It means if I lost my mobile or out of battery while traveling, impossible to access my Vivaldi account with key information.
NO WAY, too risky (maybe less secure but must access my data).
