The magic is how you can enable/disable those rules per site or globally on the fly. Quickly test new changes and apply them if everything works. And all of this from the nice UI.

that's too much to ask
I often check uBO UI when visiting new sites actually (especially when site is broken). When I am researching something it could be many new sites.Apparently you did not understand this curve:
