Bookmark favicon changer ext does not work

The Bookmark favicon changer extension in chrome (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/bookmark-favicon-changer/acmfnomgphggonodopogfbmkneepfgnh?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon) doesn't appear to work very well in Vivaldi, the pop up is not allowed so the change does not take affect immediately, sometimes when u close down the browser and reopen the changes will be there but not all the time. Is there something else I can use to change my favicons in my bookmark bar or side panel? Thanks Bob
