Another free self hosted and open source product is less known Psono password manager. https://psono.com/

Based in Tiergartenstr. 13 91247 Vorra Germany and developed by Sascha Pfeiffer. Free tier is unrestricted and has access to all futures including TOTP. free TOTP access is a rare functionality among PW managers. Psono has it for free.

It is available on both PC (MacOS, Windows, Linux) and mobile devices (iOS, Android) It is Vivaldi compatible via Chrome store.

Psono has the following futures:
It encrypts data locally before sending it to servers and stores in Psono vault. You can access offline. It has password generator, password sharing, multifactor authentication, encryption at rest, autofill, Password syncing across all devices, multi account support , secure notes, bookmarks, PGP encryption ( encrypts and decrypts PGP messages) API keys, file, link and password sharing, password breach detection. You can store TOTP secrets in Psono and let it generate the necessary codes and you can also store credit cards.

Best thing about it the developer himself responds your questions if you send a message. There was a time I tried this PW manager but because I was not used to it, I gave up due to its perceived complexity for a causal user. Sascha Pfeiffer contacted me and asked me to make an appointment via calendar and that he would explain where I stumbled. I was humbled by this gesture. I recommend to everyone.

This is a fork of an existing repo but I have improved it and added support for APNG/WEBP. I have also converted it into a shell script (only tested in Bash...)

@iqaluit, at least as online tool. There are several utilities to convert video to gif, also eg.Lunapic can do it, but the conversion is always limited, because a 2MB mp4 can easy be converted but with an >100 MB gif as result, almost impoosible to share or host (reason why gif is often replaced with a much smaller webm file).
Because of this ezgif only admit the conversion until 30 sec (Lunapic max.100 frames) apart to adjust the gif, compressing and resizing it to more reasonables MBs.

@iqaluit , I tested Terabox. its works well, offers 1TB for free, but is sometimes somewhat annoying with occassional Pop ups. promoting to increase to 2 TB for €3.99/month. Not much money, but this, somewhat annoying if you don't need more than 1 TB, which anyway is the biggest for free out there, great for backups.

I never understand why after so many years Mojeek still does not receive any attention that they deserve.

Almost 20 years of history, billions of pages already indexed and it is a true search engine which does not depend on any other like ddg, qwant, brave, startpage and swisscows.

It has its own crawler and first privacy focused search engine in the world.

It improved itself a lot over the last 5 years in particular now they also offer search with optional 13 other search engines in the market. And only a few of them may be considered better than Mojeek !

(Despite being independent, they allow users to search with other engines as well. )
