I would describe myself as something of a mascot, always quiet and observant, usually content to just keep familiarising myself with Vivaldi. I am looking for the best means with which to offset damage (long-term) come from people looting data from my computers, telephones, and electronic mail. These were focused upon entering universities, schools, and libraries to "help themselves", some with fraudulent and baseless claims against my person, others possessed of a mentality one associates with stalkers and lurkers.
I once had a concoction known as a Microsoft phone that had been given to me as a present -- it left a strong sense that I was under surveillance and eventually killed itself by suddenly going dead, evaporating all the data contained. Bing is a shopping mall of junk infotainment and is quite determined to thrust itself into every nook and cranny it can find: disgusting. I have Microsoft OneNote on the phone, but lately I have found blocks set up when I use the Vivaldi: dialogue boxes appear informing me that the Internet connection has been blocked. Not true.
I don´t know whether Vivaldi will gestate a socially responsible social media application that would stand somewhere alongside WhatsApp and Telegram -- something powerful that allows people to communicate fully without the fear associated with being so -- here goes -- public, the "social" in social media. To be able to converse at length, share documents, videos, photos, etc. without this sense of being monitored at all times (not merely whilst online, but while offline) and not have to worry about goons somewhere in the offing grinning and guffawing that this is all about "Meet me at the coffee shop" and nothing more. I feel strongly that language is being deformed, even whittled to nought by interests that assume proprietary control over social media and online communication in general, so I hope Vivaldi will continue to take a stand in favour of users and not the presumptuousness of those who may well stand as hating them. Thank you.

Hello, really glad to be part of the Vivaldi Community. I chose Vivaldi for better privacy, faster browsing, and to get away from all the issues I kept running into with Chrome
Honestly, I was pretty much against using Vivaldi at first; I thought it looked too clunky and complicated. But after watching someone I know using it in real time, I realized I’d been missing out on a lot. Excited to see what Vivaldi can do!

@arambdev, welcome and yes, Vivaldi is currently the most advanced browser out there, it offers almost all what you may need and also the UI you want.

Been a longtime Chrome-user but have been recently maining both Vivaldi and Zen (Firefox fork). Been favoring Vivaldi the past few weeks and decided to hop into the forums to ask a few questions. Looking forward to learning more!

I have a situation, it turns out that I did not enter the forum or any of the Vivaldi services for two long months due to a breakdown in my PC, and apparently that caused my previous user account to be blocked, I found myself in the need to create this new user account to access it, what I need is "if it is within your possibilities" that my previous account be deleted if possible, the account is this one below: @dwyagah please, if you can help me I would appreciate it, best regards -

Hello, started using Vivaldi about 2 weeks ago. Had previously been using Chrome and Opera, but I find myself really liking this browser and the associated features. I have installed it on my PC and mobile and it's been flawless. Vivaldi's blog feature is also interesting to me! Glad to be here. So
