Add Bookmarks button and hovering list

I propose to add bookmarks like in Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge. Here is the screenshot example:
Instead of opening the whole new page with bookmarks make a little hovering list like in Mozilla Firefox, or at least make it customizable.

Instead of using the bookmarks page, you can already have a hovering list by using the bookmark panel. You can set it to "floating" so that it can be easily dismissed with a single mouse click anywhere outside of it.
We might have a slightly different approach than Edge or Firefox on this, but we're not aiming to build a copy of their products.
