The browser no longer crashes, but no background photo appears when I select it.

And when I try to select a background color, for example red, it crashes.

Hi there,

It’s great to hear the browser’s stability has improved. For the background photo issue, ensure it’s a supported format and try clearing the cache. For the crash when selecting a background color, you might want to report this bug to the Vivaldi team with details on your device and OS version.

Hi, no idea why this thread was not closed but we had two new snapshots since 3406.3 and this and more is fixed now.
