Seriously, Alsassian Choucroute Garni made right (not the Tourist thing), is such a wonderful feasting meal. You'll just have to try it once to love it.

@shifte The problem is there is too much sun. Talking about southern Spain here... dry and arid, extreme heat in the summer. That's why they need to cover the crops.
