Although an editor and not a generator, I will add another online application.
For those who want to create a 3D, abstract or figurative image, it is very easy with SculptGL, even for kids. As simple as creating things with plasticine, only in a virtual way.
Starting with a sphere that can be modeled, deformed, add other things, color, etc.. You can export the results to any 3D app, for example to Paint3D in Windows (default app).

@matt991, also fine, (old and without AI) is Mandelbulb 3D, which I also use for Wallpapers.
