Solved Google's suggestions missing in address bar

Well , I switched fron Xiaomi to a Samsung device a couple days ago, and in Samsung mobile, Google suggestions miss in address bar. They work only if you visit Google home page and search from its native search field.
In address bar appear only suggestions from previoius searches in Vivaldi android browser exclusively , but not Google's suggestions and search history which are sync across all my browsers when I am log in my Google account.

Have you enabled Allow Search Suggestions in Address Field in Settings > General?

@jane-n Search suggestions are enabled.
I really can't think something.
I switched to Swiftkey keyboard from native Samsung .The same problem.
I cleared Google site cookies, logged out from my account and logged in again Nothing.
Samsung browser works smoothly with suggestions, so does Edge

@Alex5 If you want Google's search suggestions. Then enter this link https://www.google.com/complete/search?client=chrome&q=%s
If you enter it there, you will have search suggestions on your pc and on your mobile thanks to synchronization.

Thanks for replying.I 've already entered it in my desktop Vivaldi. You mean that I have to sync my android and desktop browsers by my Vivaldi account.

@Alex5 Search engines are in sync, if you want instant sync, turn the app off and on on your phone.

I was frustrated a lot, Vivaldi is a must browser for me but that's the point for Google suggestions also!
