@mib2berlin that issue is happend on my Samsung S22 Ultra. Now I'm doing a all-new install on my Mi Max 2.
It's normal on my Mi Max2. No that issue.
Now I redo it on my S22U...it still not work normal. Try redownload apk...still not work normal.
And another phone, Royole Flex Pai 2 with Android 10 is normal
So:
On Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (SM-9080) with Android 12, the Tabbar not normal.
On XiaoMi Mi Max 2 with Android 7.1.1 and On Royole Flex Pai 2 with Android 10, it works normal.

Yes, I'm having the same artifacts on the tab graphics with this build. S22 SM-S901E, August 22 patch.

Hm, I read often about issues with Vivaldi on Samsung.
