Instagram Stories freeze video

hello, i use 2.4 stable and in instagram stories video freeze, i only hear the sound but no image.. in 2.3 i dont have this issue. i use windows 7 pro. addons only ublock origin and instant save xtension.

ahh i try my instagram app from my cellphone and other browser in pc and works perfect. just vivaldi issue.

Happens with mostly all ig stories, but here is an example https://www.instagram.com/stories/carmellarose/ follow check the stories, i dont see movement on videos just static image. sometimes videos keeps loading like the image .. and never load, or if load i only hear the sound but image no movement.

Yes that video i can play without problems, videos no prob, i mean stories, video stories freeze image. i try private windows and problem persist...

i sync my vivaldi setup always.. including xtensions, i will do a fresh install with out syn and check

Well i re-install win 7 pro x64 and problem seems to be gone. Thanks..
