What is the status of VB-8249, which a user reported last year? The bug report number has not been cited in any other post on the Forums, though I've seen similar behavior described in other threads.

I'm particularly invested in the issue wherein middle-clicking a bookmark via the Bookmark Panel doesn't open it within the current Tab Stack...despite "Open Tabs in Current Tab Stack" being checked. I've been experiencing the same problem for ages; it's very exasperating.
