Do not see an add button for the extensions in the chrome web store

Hello,
to add a browser add-on via extensions, do I need to sign in to Google for it?
Hope this is not necessary.
Somehow it doesn't work, don't see an "add button".

Check mark at "Crypto Token" and "Crome Web Store" is set.

There is no need to sign in to install extensions.
