Solved Google Voice image upload

Does anyone else have an issue with Google Voice, with sending images via text? When I try to do it, the bottom pane of the image selection box never loads, preventing attaching any images:
This is my setup:
Vivaldi 3.1.1929.45 (Stable channel) (32-bit)

OS Windows 10 OS Version 2009 (Build 19042.1165) -
Nevermind, I noticed I was way behind on updates. After updating, everything works
