[solved]Cannot log into spotify web player

I get this message when I try to log into Spotify Web player

The suggestion by Spotify for Chrome (I assume for Vivaldi too) is to
"Enter the following into your browser address bar: chrome://settings/content.
Under Protected content, make sure Allow site to play protected content is enabled?"

That option is already enabled
But issue isn't fixed. The web player works fine in chrome

I can login at accounts.spotify.com and open.spotify.com plays nice for me.
