F11 to full screen is hit or miss. It won't work untill vivaldi loses focus.

F11 to fullscreen. When the maximize button is in this state -
and f11 is pressed, no effects are observerd untill I take my mouse/ pointer and press the desktop with it which makes the max-min button changes its state as well as as the vivaldi window losses focus as follow -
And when I do that, vivaldi goes fullscreen and also exits without a problem. So the max-min key should me in the single/ small state for full screen to work which happens when vivaldi loses focus. If it's in the dual state it won't work. Unless the window has been maximized with the drap and tile to top feature. In which case even the single state button won't help now even with pressing desktop on another monitor. Other times it's just hit or miss.
If it is a bit confusing I will demonstrate it in a video which you can watch here. problem visualized here
If I turn on native window then the problem dissapears.
I use debian 10 with xfce4 and kernel 4.19.0-16-amd64
Vivaldi is the latest version aka 4.0.2312.25-1 -
@thoushallsync No such issues here, though I'm on a different distro and DE, I'd say check your DE's system shortcuts, if you have assigned something to F11.
-
@npro If that were the case then f11 won't work whatsoever. Currently it just works in specific circumstances

@gwen-dragon So do I report this bug in vivaldi? Brave and opera use a similar non-native window system and they work fine.
