Web page blank

Since updating to V4, I have a website that I open and it is blank.
If I go to https://www.realestate.com.au/buy it opens fine. I put in a suburb and click on search and the page comes up blank.
https://www.realestate.com.au/buy/in-gymea+bay,+nsw+2227;/list-1
It opens fine in Chrome and Edge. I also have Standalone 4.0.2312.21 (Official Build) (64-bit) installed and that works fine.
No Blocking. Site settings as per below. I have removed Cookies.
Any suggestions?

@nichounited Hi, I had no problems opening those URLs in Vivaldi 4.0.2312.25 (Stable channel) (64-bit) on Win10. Although the listing page was a bit slow to load from here (Norway).
Try in a clean profile and disable all extensions.
Please try the troubleshooting steps first:

Private Window works so that excludes extensions. Looks like I will have to create a clean profile.

I think you misunderstand. It's good. It means this is likely caused by an extension, and you won't need to start from scratch.
Try disabling them one by one until you find the culprit.

I meant Private Window does not work either.

Have you enabled some extensions for Private browsing? "Allow in incognito" in Extension details page?
Try a clean profile from Manage Profiles?

Manage Users - New User works. Will recreate the profile over the weekend from instructions belwo and see how it goes.

Too bad you need to create a new profile, it shouldnt really be necessary for a single site error like this. But it would possibly require a lot of digging to figure out what goes on in your system, unless someone else is able to reproduce the error on their side...

Just to follow-up @Pathduck .......Created a new profile and website worked straight away. Copied over Bookmarks, Favicons, Login Data, history, cookies, Search Engines, Saved Sessions. Did not copy over Extensions. All working fine.
Appreciate the help!
