Solved Cannot add my hotmail account to the mail manager

It won't accept my password and I think it's because of the two-step verification. In that it shows me error in the incoming server.

Solved.
All the problems came from not supporting Microsoft's two-step verification.
Steps to follow to solve it:
Go to security → advanced security options → App passwords → Create a new app password.That password put it as login in the vivaldi mail manager.

I have 2FA enabled for hotmail / outlook, and it works fine. Which servers / port numbers are you using? These are how mine are set up:

Yes, I have it like this. I have changed the hotmail password and enabled pop3 and it gives failure in imap incoming server and pop3 authentication failed.

@juanpedroRM I'm not at hotmail, but if you enabled pop3 you can't have an imap server.
POP3 port numbers
Default POP Port number : 110
POP3 port number with SSL/TLS : 995While @LonM is going with imap he chosed port 993.
For you - with pop3 - you have to chose 995 (!).IMAP port number
Default IMAP port number : 143
IMAP over SSL (IMAPS) port number : 993SMTP Port Numbers
The default SMTP port number is : 25
SMTP over SSL/TLS port number: 465 (sometimes 587 as @LonM has set)Most people are using imap because it is synchronized automatically. But you can set it similar in pop3 by not deleting mails on server.

@juanpedroRM If you go into your hotmail settings, you may get more info there. From the web interface:
Make sure POP is enabled, and you can get the server settings.

Yes, thanks I tried it, it is an outlook error because it does not work in any mail manager. I have opened an incident because it is mentioned in the faq. But the solution they give me does not work
