ytmp3.cc adware

I inadvertently got infected with this adware by converting some YouTube videos into MP3 files. I was getting a lot of varied pop-ups until I installed Malwarebytes. However, I get periodic notifications of an attempt to send data to a server, which are blocked, but the same pop-up appears every 45-minutes or so:

All of the on-line instructions to remove this adware seem to be bogus. Anyone with a concrete way of deleting this, I would be very grateful... and very cautious in the future.

Any unwanted extensions added to Vivaldi?

@sgunhouse The only extensions installed are Adobe Acrobat (which is not activated) and Norton Antivirus.

@Gwen-Dragon I went there and saw ytmp3..cc which I deleted (as well as the rest of the items there. I did not know about internals or how to access them, but I do now. Thank you so very much.
