Video streaming services are blurry.

Whenever I try to stream shows from YT TV, Hulu, Disney Plus, ect, the video quality is always supper blurry. I have checked the video quality settings on the sites, as well as solutions to similar problems posted here, but have not yet been able to find a fix to the problem. Any suggestions?

@Laniculus Vivaldi 3.5 introduced some fixes for this issue but in order for the fix to take effect, you will need to clear the stored site data for the streaming site. For more info, see the "Media playback improvements" section in the Vivaldi 3.5 release notes.

@xyzzy I went to the link you sent me and cleared the data of Hulu as directed, although it did not solve the problem, nor did it log me out. I tried it a few more times, logging my self out, doing it with the page closed and logged out to begin with, but it did not work. Could something else be causing the problem?

Another thing to remember is that many streaming services have cut their bandwidth. Amazon and Netflix by 25% if you live outside the US

I am also seeing this issue with Hulu and clearing site data and cookies did not fix it for me. I tested with Edge browser and did not see the same thing so it can't be the bandwidth.
