No "Secure DNS lookups" option

In vivaldi://flags/#dns-over-https there is no "Secure DNS lookups" option, even though it's mentioned and shown in some articles explaining how to enable it. I just get "Support for HTTPSSVC records in DNS." when searching the term "DNS". What do I do?

@canemadre Because it's no longer a flag, it's enabled by default and available in the Chromium settings page:

I cant, it wont let me. Seems to be greyed out. The message says "This setting is disabled on Managed Browsers". This is just installed on my home PC.
