Live Captioning options?

Hi, in Chrome, we were able to turn on live captions feature via chrome://flags. This works fine using vivaldi://flags.
But if we try to access Live Caption options using vivaldi://settings/accessbility, this does not work and takes us to the main settings page.
When I try chrome://settings/accessbility, I can see the chrome version of the accessibility settings. When I try to enable Live Captions, then the browser just shuts down (crash). Any way we can get Live Captions working?
