Fixes and a Chromium update – Vivaldi Android Browser snapshot 2115.4

@BehemothXxx My browsing experience wasn't affected that much. Well, I am also using Firefox and it has a very similar address bar layout.
BTW how do you think about an idea to open start page by swiping on the address bar?

Someone please give this friend a medal.

@TheQuantumAlpha here is a Feature Request if you are interested

-
@Stardust To begin with, I would really like to be able to edit the icons on the panel. I think it's obvious that many people want it, but unfortunately only the Samsung browser has it. Vivaldi is in no hurry to do it yet.

like reorder them, add or remove? Is there a Feature Request already?

I dont know. But I thought it was a long time since someone welcomed it. The main thing is comfortable control in the browser and I think it needs more attention.
-
@behemothxxx: Not able to reproduce that here, could you log a bug?
-
@Aronand
No mistake! I want to bring back the homepage icon! I do not understand why they removed it. It is necessary to make either the ability to edit the icons or not touch anything at all so as not to spoil -
@behemothxxx: Oh, I misread you, I was thinking of the speed dial, nvm me The designers have to work to find a balance between too many buttons and functionality, but I'm sure they will take any feedback into account on this
-
@Aronand I think in a few years maybe they will. I considered this function as important as an ad blocker, but the developers decided that, for example, Vivaldi's game is more important

@Steffie clear browsing data on exit might not work effectively as Firefox. Because chromium browsers take more time to clear cache than Firefox and it also caches plenty mega bytes of (sometimes 1 gb plus) site data. Clearing cache doesn't clear site storage. Clear site storage option buried under site settings - storage.

I don't get the tab grouping thing on mobile. I haven't seen it group any tabs, nor have I been able to group tabs. Can someone explain to me just what the heck this is and how to use it? With a screenshot maybe? Please and thank u.

@lpw00 enable these flags.
chrome://flags/#enable-tab-groups
chrome://flags/#enable-tab-groups-continuation
