I can not Download Ogg Files

Helllo Guys, Have in Vivaldi Browser not found Settings, Applications

from Firefox Browser:
under Settings, Applications

pdf -> Open , Download
ogg -> nothing

Have Chrome or Vivaldi this not ?
chrome://about have many Switches but this not.

Vivaldia Game Build In Vivaldi Browser Example:
New Tab, Extra, Developer Tool, Media, Strg + S

chrome://game/assets/Audio/music1.ogg

Browser do View the .ogg Files as html
and do not save the Files 100% Playable.
As in Firefox. Were can Help me with this ?

@gantnerer Hello, I have no problem downloading OGG files. Here are some samples:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Microphone_Test.ogg

Obviously you have to right-click and choose "save as..." otherwise the file will play. Or you could click and then use Ctrl+S.

ok you link is ok but i can not do Download from self, only right Mouse klick is ok.
And my Special link is not ok, To Download or right click: chrome://game/assets/Audio/music1.ogg
