can't add IDM Extension again to Vivaldi

i removed the IDM Extension from V to test V without it.
but now i'm not able to add it again to Vivaldi
i even uninstalled IDM and installed it again nothing happened .
i tried to add IDMGCExt.crx manually to extension directory and nothing happened , Vivaldi still not detect any IDM extension .
How could i fix this problem ?

But you could try this:
Open Extension Manager
Switch Developr Mode to on
Restart Vivaldi
Open Extension Manager
Drag crx file into Extension Manager page

That works
