@kahukura That's a forum issue. I believe. the backslash is not printed unless using double backslash (escape char) close to the semicolon

@kahukura and the same issue with your internal parser? the backslash before the semicolon needs to be escaped. which distro are you running? in case you improve awk, let me know.
