Rename it as Tests or something related, and use it as a Clean Profile, to test without custom configurations that can alter the original operation.

@TbGbe yes, we never got that info, nor system specs, nor the whole content of vivaldi://gpu, nor confirmations, despite asking for them numerous times, so previously he was on Windows 7 Ultimate unconfirmed N, now he is on Windows 7 Pro and video works, so missing codecs of Windows 7 Ultimate N were 99% the cause of the problem and the

No you are wrong it was not Windows Ultimate N
it was normal Windows Ultimate

I never meant to hide anything , if i seen a reply or question i was to answer it , and i already answered some of the questions i seen here inclouds my V version and my Windows kind
if i not answered a question , it was due to i was too busy in testing and searching for a fix of my problem , also was busy in install and download new OS

@kimoo I didn't say it was N version!? I only meant that the question HAD been asked.

However, the fact that you moved to Win 7 Pro and solved the problem does infer that the problem was missing codecs. Why they were missing is a different question
