The forum is good for confirming bugs, and getting help.
But for the Vivaldi team developers to fix a bug, it needs to be reported to the bug tracker as well.

As suggested above, please report the issue as a bug.
Also, please check Settings > Webpages > Fonts and test if the text is displayed normally with any of the other available fonts. If you find one, you can use it until the bug is fixed.
