@kimoo Try using Vivaldi on Windows 10 instead of Vivalde on whatever old OS you're using.
Video playback depends on having suitable codecs.
-
Go here and report back what videos you can't play: https://tekeye.uk/html/html5-video-test-pageForget it. It would be wise to move from XP... as it is not supported by Vivalda, and not flood the forums with problems related to XP. Otherwise one can suggest you like doing it for trolling reasons as you do with the name.

@kimoo While running Windows 7 is better than XP, Windows 7 is also out of date. Microsoft no longer supports Windows 7.

Do you have the latest updates?
Is hardware acceleration on?
Tried disabling extensions?
Which GPU do you have?
Vivaldi version? -

that is also irrelevant for me, as long as Vivaldi supports it.

- 20 hours ago you were on XP now you are on Windows 7
- everyday a thread about Vivaldi lite for XP
- certificates were wrong but you showed Opera 12.18 screenshots
- you flood the Vivaldi browser forum with posts about your general PC problems, yet you claim you use computers since Windows 95
- Vivalde and Vivaldo
Looks like heavy trolling to me.

@kimoo As a new user, you should be aware that you need to help us to help you.
When you have a problem ALWAYS state your Vivaldi version (see help about) and your O.S. version (including whether it is version N, Home, Pro etc).
Also, you should provide an example url (address) so that users with similar specifications can check to see if there are settings etc which solve the issue.
At the moment all we know is that you have some type of Win 7 and a problem on some random(?) facebook video. If you provided the other details, we do have Win 7 users here who might be willing to try and help you.

today i used several version of Vivaldi , now i'm in 1.15.1147.55 , i was also today use last version and some other versions , all same problem
my Windows is 7 ultimate
my GPU is some old called VIA/S3G UniChrome Pro IGPabout the video the problem is not with an exact video , it's with all videos in facebook , if you use this lite version http://mbasic.facebook.com and run any video even from mobile version here also same http://m.facebook.com
Note , all rest websites that contains videos , there videos run normally

I have a 17-year-old machine that came with Win XP on it, and which I was able to update to Win7 (but not Win10.) It plays facebook videos in Vivaldi Stable, just fine (as fine as its extremely weak specs do anything, anyway). I fired it up just for this test - it's exactly the kind of thing I keep it around for.
So I can't say what might be happening, why facebook videos would play sound but not picture. It could be a video card driver issue.
-
@Ayespy check this may something linked with it ?

my Windows is 7 ultimateThat version is too old for you get any help, sorry.
You should install (and stay with) the current Vivaldi Stable - 3.0.1874.38
I recommend you do that and re-check, then STAY with that version while trying to get help!about the video the problem is not with an exact video , it's with all videos in facebook , if you use this lite version http://mbasic.facebook.com and run any video even from mobile version here also same http://m.facebook.com
Note , all rest websites that contains videos , there videos run normally
So we would need a Facebook login to check - I don't have one, sorry.
If you use the "normal" Facebook (and not the mobile version) do you get the same problems?
With the latest Stable version, you are able to test again using the Vivaldi "Guest" profile - does that also shot the problem?Edit:
check this may something linked with it ?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ilQXG_mZy7YThat just shows that with some specific GPU(s) you need to disable "Hardware Acceleration".
As we don't know whether that is active on your system, we couldn't say one way or the other
