The radio app I use on my Android, myTuner Radio, offers 50,000+ stations from around the world. I (currently) have over 90 Favorites saved. Absolutely the app!

Last night, I also listened to NRK Klassisk (Classical music) and NRK Folkemusikk (Folk music).

On Android, Windows and www http://live.audials.com/ because you can save. There is no problem with the lack of internet. There is no problem with "you have to change the station because it interrupts".
My favorites are saved in this thread
I save my most favorite favorite in a .pls file on OneDrive and on Android Total Commander - file manager - "Media player which can stream directly".
