On Android, Windows and www http://live.audials.com/ because you can save. There is no problem with the lack of internet. There is no problem with "you have to change the station because it interrupts".

I save my most favorite favorite in a .pls file on OneDrive and on Android Total Commander - file manager - "Media player which can stream directly". -
