Any ideas why i getting that error?
I've tried to clear cookies, but it doesn't help.Earlier it gave me same error, but after ~5 seconds it started to download.

Well it happens when I click a link... I'll upload pics.
Downloading has been worked perfecly since i started using a Vivaldi, but I think i did something (cleared all the cookies?) and after that... this started to happen.

Because of their MEGA-paranoid security model, files are first downloaded (encrypted) to cache, then moved into localstorage, before served to the client from storage.
This basically means a large file will take up twice the disk space, since they don't care to actually clear out localstorage once the download is done (lazy developers...) So a lot of users end up with tons of files there. It should theoretically hold a lot of data, but apparently there's some kind of limit, I've read 10GB.
@Janne-mustonen Go to the URL
chrome://settings/content/all
and search for "mega" and click on it. How much space does it say it takes? It says "cookies" but actually this is your file(s) in localstorage. You could clear it there as well.You could also clear this from the Tools menu "Delete browsing data" option (Ctrl+Shift+Del) and selecting just Storage. But this will clear localstorage from all sites obviously.
Another way is to find the "File System" folder in the Vivaldi profile and find the large subfolders. In fact, all the content under "File System" can be deleted, I'd recommend to set up a task or use a tool like CCleaner to regularly just delete the content of this folder.
In my opinion this kind of usage of localstorage is troublesome, especially since they don't care to delete files after downloads are finished. It causes all kinds of confusion, not to mention excessive disk space usage which is hard to figure out for a lot of users.

@Janne-mustonen Good
Strange though, that it only showed 1489 bytes - maybe you cleared storage just before? Just to test (if you want) try to download another large file and see again what size it is.

I download daily hundreds of Mb from Mega and my "AppData\Local\Vivaldi\User Data\Default\File System" is almost empty, so it must get cleaned regularly at least by restarting the browser.

Strange indeed, now it says 3,0Gb (I've downloaded couple of big files after that "1489b") and nothing wrong with downloading a 1,8Gb file.
I can't excatly remember what i did to cause this, but when you mentioned CCleaner, I think I might have been run that program and/or cleared cookies with it.
When I wrote text above this, I simultaenously downloaded that 1,8Gb file and it says now 4,8Gb like it should.
I cannot thank you enough, it might been small issue... but annoying one.
Edit: about that clearing a storage before, well... i don't remember doing so, atleast it didn't let me download anything from Mega.
