My three cents on Vivaldi

So I've been testing Vivaldi for a few days, and I have some nitpicks to share. [ol] [li]Speed Dial needs to be configurable. Max columns, custom thumbs, removable +-button. Things like these.[/li] [li]Bookmarks needs a Menu bar menu. Having to open the sidebar, click on Bookmarks, find the bookmark and then doubleclick the bookmark to open is too much. There's no flow. Let has the two (or three if in a folder) click procedure.[/li] [li]Auto selection in the search bar. Having to stop typing after seeing that your click in the search bar didnt select all text, breaks workflow. Text is selected if tabbing from adress bar.[/li] [li]Bring back doubleclick on tab-bar to open new tab. Also, the +-button on the tab-bar is annoying.[/li] [li]Progress bar. Seriously? White on 99% white?[/li] [li]There's no connection indicator. There's no way to see if the tab is trying to connect, other than the progress bar (see above).[/li] [li]It changes color. Why is it changing colors?! MAKE IT STOP![/li] [/ol]

Yes, I know there's some "hacks" to fix some of these. But I have no clue on how to do it.

Color-changing is a setting rather than a hack. It's in Tools/Settings.
There is a bookmarks bar. I have all my bookmarks (mostly in folders) on it. I don't ever have to open the panel to access a bookmark.
Most of your other issues are just a matter of waiting until this browser gets out of the starting blocks. It's not even that close to fully-written yet.

Surely. Already asked many times.
Bring back doubleclick on tab-bar to open new tab. Also, the +-button on the tab-bar is annoying.
I miss it too, and I used it interchangeably with middle button on tab bar. The latter is already with us, the former will surely come.
Progress bar. Seriously? White on 99% white?
those minor things will be surely improved. And are already easily moddable trough a custom.css (see the sticky tips and tricks thread)
