Adjusting your media settings in the URL bar? How?

I want to use a Chrome extension called Loom which allows one to do webcam inset for a screencast. When I launch the extension, I get the following. I don't see how I can enable the camera for this extension.

@Gwen-Dragon that unfortunately is site-specific not extension-specific. In Chrome this is handled in the privacy-security preferences. That helped me figure out that I could enable this (probably not the best idea) but setting the following. It would be better if there was a way to tie this to the extension directly, but I can't determine how.
